You will need to bring your sewing machine (in good working order), thread, scissors, rotary cutter, large cutting mat, pins, seam ripper, needles for your machine, large ruler, and your patience. During your sign up for this class you will receive a complete list of fabric requirements.

Instructor Bio:
Veronica McHugh is from the Blood Tribe also known as Kainai. She has been a seamstress for 44 years and is very passionate about sewing. Her beautiful creations are Pendleton's Coats and Jackets. She has made dresses for her daughters when they were little girls. She also knitted and crocheted for them as well. She has facilitated beading and sewing classes for the Blood Tribe and Urban indigenous peoples. Her hobby is quilting Star blankets, which have been showcased in a number of different departments located on the Blood Tribe and surrounding areas. She also makes baby blankets for the Blood Tribe Health Department. She loves to share her knowledge and skills with experience and expertise.
